Judith Griffiths .
Comparison of claimed harassment between applicant and defendant - only Dobbie quantified at present.
A prominent feature with bullies, manipulators, controlling people, psychopaths and such
is that they accuse others of the bad and criminal behaviour that they commit.
The claims of CWaC and the applicants is such an accusation. CWaC's abuse of process here is easily demonstrable as yet another act of criminal harassment.
Other people have been falsely accused of harassing CWaC. CWaC have put on orchestrated public displays in Civic Way. Children's social care staff have put on an exaggerated public display pretending to be scared of people who complain about them. The situation is close to farcical.

The important features here are -
1. The total amount of anxiety created by CWaC on Mr Dobbie is ludicrously big.
2. Mr Dobbie has diagnosis and report of CWaC being responsible for his anxiety and distress.
3. Mr Dobbie has hard evidence of multiple abusive and criminal acts by CWaC against him and his children.
4. The numbers in the distress column will be updated with the correct values from a psychology manual. They make little difference to the summary comments here.

| The number of times that CWaC took me to court was simply harassment and desperation on their behalf to try and cover up their negligence. Some of the court appearances were totally unprepared, some bizarre and some had social worker reports that were just nothing but Mrs Dobbie's concocted stories and smearing by the social worker. No complaints about any of these were ever replied to - apart from Judith Griffiths saying there is nothing wrong with social workers lying, smearing and perjuring in court. |
