As the first publication of our case studies, the case studies on the left all concern the one family. What we see is abuses cascading like a domino effect as the errors and negligence propagate catastrophically through each part of the authorities involved. It is a damning indictment on the competence of local government.

I first was introduced to Chester Probation as a result of a gross miscarriage of justice in Chester Magistrates Court. They erroneously, with nods and winks by the CPS prosecutor, found me guilty of assault for having been attacked by my wife while rescuing our child from her assaulting him.
All this stuff was new and interestiing to me, if not just a bit too stressful and grossly costly. After you are found erroneously guilty, you are sent to probation who treat you like you are a leper who has commited every crime possible. They write a first report about you on paper headed 'Ministry Of Justice Truth' which goes to the court with you to be sentenced for injustice. This report is absolutely appalling and said lots of things about me being a very bad man and all sorts of mumbo jumbo about how I should only just be let near the general public. My lawyer said it was pretty standard stuff.

Here is my assessment of what probation do to people.
While waiting on my appeal case in the crown court, I was to have a course of CBT ( psychology - brainwashing - Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) and a domestic violence course. My children and I had already received enough domestic violence for a lifetime, so the authorities giving me more was rather nasty of them.
They coerced me into signing an agreement that my ex wife who had been violent and abusive to the children and me, was to be one of the people who would judge if the CBT course they would put me through, had worked !! This is like getting a member of the Ku Klux Klan to assess if someone had been beaten enough.

It got worse before it got better. You'll have to wait for the next installment of 'Carry On Cheshire Probation'.
