Dear Sir James,
I hope you are well.
Before God, I request you
to take action to remedy the gross evil and criminal actions
of that part of the legal system you have responsibility for.
I do this in public, and directly to you,
rather than go through the appeal process.
The reason for this is that for more than 3 years,
my children and I have had the dreadful
misfortune
to be abused by the family court system in it's entirety.
I am a consultant physicist,
and three years of the testing
of the family court system,
unambiguously give the conclusion that it is
corrupt,
not fit for purpose and
an abuse
of public funding.
How much evidence do you need ?
In this one case alone,
there are three years of
abuses of the children,
destruction of a family,
abuses of me,
covering up of child abuse,
covering up of sexual abuse,
covering up of domestic violence,
destruction of the family business,
destruction of the family finances,
approval of theft,
approval of perjury,
incompetence,
cronyism,
perjury by the judge
and more - all documented.
How is it possible
that they carried out so many abusive acts ?
Easy.
They started with negligence,
and they acted abusively more and more
to try
and
cover it up.
Why did they just not admit errors
and behave decently ?
Their actions have been encouraged
and developed because of the system
of secrecy employed for so many years.
As a highly moral and experienced
consultant and business professional,
